Flavored Water: Summer Thirst Quenchers!

Flavored Water:  Great Summer Thirst Quenchers!
  1. Place fruit and herbs in a large pitcher along with approximately 1 cup of water (no need to measure).
  2. Using a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon, slightly crush the herbs & fruit according to directions below to release the flavors. You don't want to completely crush the fruit but if it gets a little smooshed (I think that's a new word) that's ok!
  3. Add 3 cups of ice and fill the pitcher with water.
  4. Allow flavors to steep about 1-2 hours and enjoy!
  5. Citrus Kiss
  6. •1 each lime & orange, ½ lemon, all sliced.
  7. •Muddle all ingredients, fill with ice & water and chill.
  8. Mango Lime
  9. •1 Large (or 2 small) Ripe Mangoes cubed, 1 lime sliced
  10. •Muddle lime and ¼ of the mango slices. fill with ice & water. Add remaing mango chunks and chill.
  11. Rosemary Watermelon
  12. •2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary, 2 Cups cubed watermelon
  13. •Muddle Rosemary & ¼ cup of watermelon. Fill with ice & water. Add remaining watermelon and chill.
  14. Mixed Berry
  15. •2 cups fresh mixed berries including strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
  16. •Genltly and very slightly muddle blueberries, blackberries and/or raspberries. Add sliced strawberries. Fill with ice & water and chill.
  17. Strawberry Basil
  18. •2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  19. •Muddle Basil. Add siced strawberries. Fill with ice & water and chill.
  20. Blueberry Mint
  21. •2 Cups blueberries, 2 sprigs mint
  22. •Muddle mint. Add Blueberries & very slightly muddle. Fill with ice & water and chill.
