Serenity's ORANGE SUPER FOOD BOOSTERS

For the next 30 days, called our 30 DAY RUN to Summer, we are  winding down our Spring Cleanse, as we introduce 2 more SUPER FOODS. One main change is that the juicing comes to a conclusion and the fresh squeezed juicing,  is replaced with  A.M and P.M. teas. This phase also includes the PARASITE CLEANSE. 

Encore classes will NOT be held this week, because the MEGA BOOT CAMP part II is Monday May 11. Encore classes combining both MEGA BOOT CAMPS,   parts I and II will start May 12.

MACA ROOT~ 

a root in the radish family, that is known as an aphrodisiac|Mood Balancer|Energy enhancer~ send text if you choose to use this herb~ This herb will be used the same way as the Tumeric either in powder form 

or fresh squeezed

TUMERIC|GINGER tea
(drink one cup in the P.M )


Ingredients

  • 1 cup) WATER
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric (powder or 2 teaspoons of fresh squeezed TUMERIC juice)
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger or fresh squeezed TUMERIC
  • pinch of stevia (optional ~ best if you can drink without) 

Method

Add the almond or rice milk directly into the cup 
of hot water, as you would milk or creamer to a cup of coffee 
  1. Add the turmeric and ginger to a mug. 
  2. Pour a small amount of warm milk into the mug and stir to create a liquid paste, ensuring there are no lumps. 
  3. Add the remaining milk and sweeten with stevia.



YOU MAY STOP

, as long as you have juiced the orange color for at least 7 days.
