Wednesday and Friday, for the next 14 days.

In exchange for this pledge, my team promises to work alongside me to ensure  my success in releasing

4. Start Kidney DETOX TEAS:

A.M. Parsley Tea, also known as infused water

P.M.  Lemon water

5. Start the Super Colon Cleanse (fiber)

1 TBS in 8-10 ounces of water in the P.M. -stir briskly

BEST before the  6 or 9 pm meals

7. Start THE MINI FAST

Although both are vegetables, 
this list excludes potatoes and all beans, until Day #15,


    Wild caught-deep water fish, such as salmon (including canned red or pink), Pollock, tuna, swordfish, Basa, Sea Bass , etc (Do not use farm-raised fish, especially Tilapia & no catfish)
Chicken cutlets , chicken wingets, frozen hot wings,


All veggies, including avocado, eggplant, mushrooms
Salad

Turkey cold cuts (from butcher is best)

Whole eggs (not egg whites) 


 Cooking, anyway, except frying: 

Extra Virgin Olive oil, safflower. No canola or vegetable oil 

8. Start juicing by Day #15

These instructions will be reviewed, at the end of the 2nd week

9. Day #15-Start RESTORE and REPAIR , by phasing in vitamin|mineral supplements (to correct and prevent nutritional deficiencies) and mild exercise
