Serenity's PURPLE SUPER FOOD BOOSTERS and Blood Cleansing Juice Tonics

Each Seasonal Cleanse has 5 phases:
Full Body CLEANSE:
6 ~ 8 weeks (Phase I, II and III)
2 weeks (Phase 4)
2 weeks (Phase 5)
Please note that the full body cleanse for the Spring, may be different from the Summer full body cleanse. In other words, phase II in the Summer, will be different from the Phase II, Fall Cleanse.
Finally, a 1-hour MEGA BOOT CAMP is used to kick~off each new phase for a season. This MEGA BOOT CAMP is held during the normal weekly Monday night team call. This ensures that regardless of what time you jump in, you will be in sync with the entire team, usually by your 3rd week.
THE SERENITY CHALLENGE, is the first two weeks of your program, where we challenge you to release 10 lbs or more during your first 14 days. 90% of our team meets this challenge.

MEGA BOOT CAMPS are always invite only team calls. This might provide you with enough instructions to start Phase II, however, if not, attend as many of these small BOOT CAMPS, which serve as encore classes. Simply text or email the class of your choice to your coach.

PURPLE JUICE RECIPE
Red cabbage juice is excellent for blood cleansing in a detox program. It is commonly used in so called "weight loss juicing" recipes. To create a juice that is palatable you’ll need to provide it a little help with some complimentary ingredients. Also, because red cabbage does not yield much juice you need to help push through the cabbage juice with more juice producing vegetables.
¼ – ½ Head Red Cabbage
2 scoops of TANGY TANGERINE*
(regardless of your weight- but you may count it as part of your daily dose)
½ ~ 1 cucumbers
Instructions: Start by juicing the cabbage first so the other ingredients can help push all the cabbage juice through. Follow with the red beet and and cucumber. Finish it off with a squeeze of the lemon or you can peel it at put a few slices through the juicer.
