1. Send your official starting date to your nutritionist @ fatloss99@aol.com 

2. Make a pledge to accomplish your goal-open your instructions (sent upon completion of enrollment)


3. Note water intake requirements below
1/2 your weight in ounces per day, @ 
the rate of 4+ ounces per 1/2 hour





Other beverages that count for your daily water intake:
Home-brewed detox or fruit waters
Herbal teas

4. Start Kidney DETOX TEAS: 
Parsley Tea in the A.M.
Hot Lemon juice in the P.M.

5. Start Super Colon Cleanse (fiber)
1 TBS in 8-10 ounces of water in the P.M. 
before your 6 or 9 pm meals
If your stool becomes runny 
(soft and pasty is fine), 
reduce to (1) tsp 
or send an email to your nutritional coach for guidance @ fatloss99@aol.com

6. Ensure that your cell # is on file 
with your nutritional  coach  so that she can 
maintain  contact throughout the week


7. Start juicing by Day #15
We will review the instructions 
as it gets closer to that time


8. Start RESTORE/REPAIR items by Day #15

 






10. Attend the next  Boot Camp 
Boot Camp provides extra support and clarity for your program instructions. 
It is a  required component of the program
