We have machines that will
urinate for you: “thank you massa”
I can give you a rat
poison called coumadin to thin your blood: “God bless you massa”
We can burn the
cancer from your body, but don’t take any vitamins: “ yessa massa”
I can start you with these
free samples of Prozac: “ massa, you are too kind”
Don’t talk back. Don’t ask questions. You won’t
understand. You can’t read, I meant to say, pronounce, the medical terms
anyway. We are a civilization exploding with a generation of people
living in fear of being without their doctors. Phrases like “MY DIABETES”, “MY
PRESSURE”, MY SUGAR, casually embellish social conversations. Medical doctors
warned against the use of grandma’s castor oil, then handed us prescriptions
for stool softeners.
Gradually, social media
introduced a game changer for baby boomers. Warnings about statin drugs (cholesterol
lowering medications) provided information to the public as quickly as the
lawsuits were filed. The baby boomers, who knew nothing about castor oil for
cleaning out the colon, were now also distrustful of “massa”. Left without the
tools of their ancestors and refusing to faithfully take the weapons of
“massa”, the baby boomers found themselves empty-handed. This created a paradox
that has created a generation who will experience life spans shorter than their
parents.
The Good News
Abdicating responsibility for
one’s wellness is not a concept embraced by everyone. There is a ground swell
of pioneers introducing a new way of thinking about our health. We are starting
to hear terms such as “epigenetics”; the theory that disease is NOT genetic. Iatrogenic, which describes a
category of illness “induced inadvertently by a physician
or surgeon or by medical treatment or diagnostic tool”. Surely this confusion
and deception is not of GOD.
Do you know about the Self-Care Health Movement?
As soon as I heard about Dr. Karen Khadijah Davis-Foulks, I knew I wanted to work alongside her
mission. A native of Washington D.C, she
is the pioneer of the MEDICAL MENTAL SLAVERY MOVEMENT. I correlate her work to that of Harriet Tubman
to illustrate the power behind this mission.
“Dr. K” as she is affectionately known, is saying
that many of us have become dependent on western medicine; in fact,
brainwashed. When people relinquish their responsibility to take care of self,
they have become nothing more than a slave waiting for “massa’s” next set of instructions. We no longer ask where
to store the surplus bales of cotton, or when we should milk the cows. Today,
we have more serious questions such as: Can I take fiber? Are these multiple
vitamins safe? May I start an exercise program?
During slavery, there
were some “massa’s”
thought of as “good’. These
were the ones who might teach a slave to read after sunset. Other’s showed
their kindness by allowing a slave to enjoy a good cut of pork,
instead of the intestines, the fat on a pig’s back or his feet.
Although a matter of perspective, it seems to me that insults are now cooked tenderly, seasoned
carefully and eaten with joy.
Matthew 18:19: “Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall
agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for
them of my Father which is in heaven”.
S with all movements, men and women of all races and creeds worked collaboratively. Thus,
I offer the name of another witness. Dr. Joel Wallach is a 1991 Nobel Prize
nominee and author of the bestseller, “Dead Doctor’s Don’t Lie”. He co-authored
another provocative title called, “Black Gene Lies”. Adding to his collection is
his most recent work “Epigenetics: The Death of the Genetic Theory of Disease
Transmission”. The book “Black Gene Lies” is obviously about epigenetics and
its special relevance to the African-American community. Clearly attempting to
awaken the masses to what is happening within the traditional medical system,
his fight with the FDA, provocative titles and lectures continue.
The 4th Annual Self Care
Award “Cellabration”
The
“Self-Care” Award was pioneered by “Dr. K” to recognize individuals who exemplify
self-care and drug free living. The award recognizes individuals who
escaped the traditional system of sick care, via the Underground Railroad to
wellness. The award is presented at a live event held annually on the 30th of
April. Nominees of The SERENITY CHALLENGE© (virtual holistic wellness program)
are:
Christine,
of Bellerose New York, first came to me in October, 2012. By July, 2013,
Christine had released 90 lbs and was off all medication. She had followed a
modified Paleo Diet and incorporated a simple bowl detox protocol. Christine is
a congregant at Grace Gospel Tabernacle, Queens Village, New York.
The
second nominee is Wilton DeGraffe, Sr. Pastor @ Grace Gospel Tabernacle. A 2x time black belt in martial arts and a
prior self-defense instructor at the NYC Department of Correction, Pastor
DeGraffe was now faced with dangerously high kidney readings, partially caused
by insufficient water intake during workouts. His protocol began with
increasing water to ½ of his body weight in ounces, liquid nutrition, using Dr.
Joel Wallach’s supplement line called Youngevity and a structured internal
cleansing protocol.
The
Emancipation event will be held in Washington, D.C, where nominees will be
voted on by their peers. Nominees will present their story to the audience via
videotape recording or skpe. To donate to this movement and ensure its
continuation,

It is said that during
her lifetime, Harriet Tubman assisted more than 1,000 slaves to escape to
freedom. She is quoted as saying:
“If I could have convinced
more slaves that they were slaves, I could have freed
thousands more” Harriet Tubman
Are You Ready To Escape?
Documentation tells us
that trips on the “underground railroad” were rough. There were few supporters
and many traitors. Nevertheless, abolitionists like Dr. Joel Wallach and
conductors like “Dr. K”, will help get you to your destination safely.
“I was the conductor of
the Underground Railroad for eight years, and I can say what most conductors
can't say; I never ran my train off the track and I never lost a passenger” Harriet Tubman
“Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the
time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship to
restrict the art of healing to one class of Men and deny equal privileges to
others; the Constitution of the Republic should make a special privilege for
medical freedoms as well as religious freedom.” ― Benjamin Rush~ 1745-1813
