Hello all-

I guess in some ways this is one of my favorite areas to discuss on the subject of internal detoxification. It is such a powerful, yet little-known procedure, that can be done in the privacy of your home over a weekend.

As October comes to a close, we are starting our 30 DAY RUN to Thanksgiving with this Liver Gallbladder Flush procedure. We are doing things a little differently this season; we are starting with a focus on Leaky GUT and Liver toxicity, then we will follow our work with a focused parasite cleanse. However, the herbs that we are using taken from  Dr. Sebi's protocol naturally eliminates some parasites without doing a focused parasite cleanse.

The liver is a vitally important organ and a gallbladder flush and liver cleanse can help keep it operating at an optimum level.
Gallbladder Flush And Liver Cleanse
Everyone's Liver Is Quite Toxic Today Due to A Combination of the Following Factors:

1. Eating many food additives on a daily basis.

2. The overuse of medical and over-the-counter drugs.  For example, regular use of Tylenol and other OTC drugs is a leading cause of liver disease today.

3. Drinking alcohol.

4. Other dietary toxins such as iron that is added to white bread.

5. Environmental toxins, such as antiperspirants, dental amalgams, shampoo containing selenium, hair dyes, occupational chemicals, and more.

6. Fermentation and putrefaction of food items in the intestinal tract, which produces alcohol, acetaldehyde, and other toxins.

7. Infections that secrete endotoxins and exotoxins that are quite harmful for the liver.

8. Subtle, but important nutrient deficiencies such as selenium, chromium, zinc, vitamin C and others that are needed for liver detoxification and other liver activities.

9. Widespread constipation, causing toxins to remain in the bowel too long.

A liver cleanse usually involves and benefits from a  quick gallbladder flush. The liver has incredible regenerative capabilities and the toxins that it filters from the blood in turn damages liver cells.
Though the liver is capable of regeneration, the constant and chronic bombardment of toxins ends up overwhelming the liver’s ability to protect itself.
A gallbladder flush removes some of the pressure put on the liver by removing gallstones or gallbladder stones. Gallbladder stones  obstruct the delivery of bile from the liver to the gallbladder, and this  puts additional pressure on the liver.

Gallbladder And Liver Diagram

The liver makes 1 to 1.5 quarts of bile a day, a digestive juice that digests fats.
Biliary ducts in the liver carry bile to one large duct called the “common bile duct.”
The bile moves through the common duct to the gallbladder for storage.
The consumption of meat and fat causes the gallbladder to squeeze itself empty to aid with its digestion.  The bile then travels to the small intestine.
The picture demonstrates how  gallbladder and ducts can become blocked by gallbladder stones, and impede the flow of bile and interfere with normal digestion.
Gallbladder stones blocking the Gallbladder
The build up of gallbladder stones cause back pressure on the liver and cause the liver to slow its production of bile.
The accumulation of gallbladder stones leads to less cholesterol leaving the body, and rising cholesterol levels.
Gallbladder stones are porous and hold bacteria, cysts, viruses and parasites. These stones become a constant supply of harmful substances for the body.

Liver Function

The liver screens the blood for toxins, viruses, and bacteria, detoxifies alcohol and certain drugs, and plays a major part in the supporting the body’s immune system.
The liver uses Kupffer cells, a type of white blood cell, to destroy viruses, bacteria, old blood cells, and other substances it filters.
A damaged liver will less effectively fight infection, manufacture essential enzymes and proteins, and produce bile to aid digestion.
Damage will compromise the liver’s ability to absorb and store vitamins A, D, E, and K, manufacture and regulate hormones, and to remove waste from the blood.
You can damage liver function through the use of recreational and prescription drugs, consuming toxic food, and by touching and breathing in toxins.
Autoimmune-like as non-infectious hepatitis, viral hepatitis, and cancer also damage liver function.
Cancer does not usually start in the liver, but moves there from others areas of  the body like the colon, breast, lymph glands, lung, pancreas, and stomach.
The very unnatural and toxic societies we live in constantly keep the liver  under pressure to filter a large amount of toxins that enter it.

Liver Damage Symptoms

  1. Fatigue, lack of appetite, loss of energy, weakness, weight loss and nausea.
  2. Jaundice: The liver can’t remove bilirubin from the blood, which causes a yellowing of the skin and white part of the eyes
  3. Nails become curved and white rather than pink
  4. Digestion problems resulting in a loss of appetite, weight loss, and anemia
  5. Lighter stool due to the lack of bile production
  6. Longer blood clotting time die the liver’s compromised ability to make the clotting protein, fibrinogen
  7. Water retention due to the liver’s compromised ability to help the kidneys remove water

Gallbladder Function

The liver produces bile to digest and store fats, and it is store in the gallbladder. The body also uses bile to remove waste products like bilirubin.
Gallstones or gallbladder stones clog the gallbladder and obstruct the flow of bile into and through it. This interferes with the delivery of bile from the liver and puts pressure on the liver.

Gallstone Symptoms

  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Chest pain (angina)
  • Tenderness in the abdomen
  • Heartburn
  • Unusual colored stool
  • Vomiting

Cleaning The Gallbladder & Liver

The following gallbladder flush and  gallbladder cleanse is derived from Dr. Hulda Clark’s gallbladder cleanse in  the book “The Cure for All Cancers.”
Generally, you should clean the kidneys and the colon before you cleanse the gallbladder, liver, or any other area of the body.
An onslaught of toxins easily overwhelms faulty functioning kidneys or colon. Toxins can reenter the bloodstream, instead of the body excreting them.
The Hulda gallbladder  cleanse recommends cleaning the body of parasites first, because it is more difficult to remove gallstones without killing parasites. For the Fall Liver and Leaky GUT Cleanse, we are jumping right in, followed by a Parasite Cleanse in December. At Serenity this Fall, we are doing a  PRE- Liver flush prep, that  will assist us to have a more thorough Liver-Gallbladder Flush by the New Year, because we have been working on detoxification of our liver  since the beginning of the Fall Cleanse

I personally removed about 60 gallbladder stones performing the gallbladder flush, however, remember, I do this procedure every year, so you will probably release much more.
One strategy for softening gallbladder stones to facilitate a more successful liver-gallbladder flush  is  to drink plenty of fresh squeezed apple juice made from organic apples,  2-3 days before performing that actual liver gallbladder flush procedure. Apple juice contains malic acid which dissolves and softens gallstones We will talk about this  more detail in the next blog post.

Shown: Liver Fluke in liver tissue

The liver is the site of some parasitic infections.  Of these, liver flukes are by far the most common. The above picture shows a liver fluke.   Although liver flukes are very prevalent in people they usually do not cause a lot of health problems. Other parasites that find their way into the liver include some species of amoebas, flagellated one-celled animals, trichina worms, perhaps tapeworms and at times, others.  The liver is fairly resistant to parasites, but the bodies today are so toxic, and so out of balance, that parasites and other infections of the liver are common.

Validity

Dr. Hulda Clark.net produced medical document/s of  its customer/s who had the gallstones analyzed, confirming they were gallstones.

Q and A from the team at the

Serenity Weight Loss and Detoxification Program:

Q:  Can one do the liver cleanse even though the gallbladder has been removed?
A: Yes, liver stones are eliminated even without a gallbladder. This shows that liver stones are formed in the liver.

Q: I have expelled liver stones that were not seen on the X-ray. Is this possible?

A: Yes, the majority of liver stones are small and not calcified and for this reason, it is difficult to see them on the X-ray

Q: Is it possible that a stone gets “stuck” in a bile duct during the liver cleanse

A: A small risk does exist but this happens rarely as the Epsom salts dilate the bile ducts and the  stones slide smoothly towards the exit. It is important to follow the instructions accurately.

Q: I’m not able to drink the Epsom salts. What can I do?

A: You can now find the Epsom salts in capsules in order to avoid the bitter taste.

Q: After the liver cleanse I have flatulence and intestinal bloating. Is this normal?

A: The bile and liver stones bring bacteria, viruses and parasites with them that pass through the liver. These can end up in the intestine if they are not expelled completely through the liver cleanse. It is important to ozonate the olive oil in order to have an anti-bacterial, antiviral and anti-parasitical effect.
