Hello All:
When attempting a weight release journey, many of you derail yourselves very quickly because you simply try to be too fancy. Somehow, in the weight loss industry, the K.I.S.S (KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID) formula has gotten lost. All of a sudden, now you are going to become a vegan, a raw foodie, or a gourmet chef. Others feel as though they must now eat every single meal at home, which of course by default, will fail because no one is at home all the time. So, I asked the team to submit their menus for the week and this is what I saw:
- A tendency to attempt too much variety in a given day. Instead, use the same food items ALL DAY, then switch and stay with those items for about 2 days. The point is, stop trying to make every meal different. Your mind will try to tell you that you are sabotaging because you are bored. You are sabotaging because you want what you want, not because you are bored. In fact, when it comes to sabotaging foods, variety is rarely an issue!
- Not enough advance meal preparation. You must designate a day when you prepare 1 or 2 dishes in advance for your week.
- Portions are too large, which typically happens from years of "Big Mama" telling us to fill and then clean our plates!
This program will help you to avoid the aforementioned pitfalls. It is especially useful if you notice your weight is stalling, you keep slip sliding or you are a newbie, without a clue as to what to eat, as you begin your new lifestyle. Because SOS is not a single food gimmick or a diet, you can stay on this plan longer than 14 days.

Ok, then, I have one last backup plan
USE WRAPS for meals # 1 and 2
However, follow these guidelines;
- You MUST enhance the protein value, by adding some boiled egg, or other small portions of the protein of your choice, such as chicken strips, chicken breast, that has been separated, baby shrimp, etc.
- Use 2 slices of Turkey or chicken breast for the outer wrap or during SOS, you may even use roast beef slices
Here, the outer wrap is the egg itself, but that might be too much cooking for you again!!! :)
Next, the lettuce is the wrapping in this pic, but notice the thickness of the meat inside. Don't make your wraps flat and skimpy or you will invite cravings.
You may use 1 or 2 wraps per meal or (1) very plump wrap If cravings, use another wrap as your damage
control item. TIP: Always defer to the following in this order when you feel like sabotaging yourself:
- Use your liquid vitamin and mineral drink or an extra vitamin/mineral drink**
- Eat food, as long as 1 hour as passed between meals, then you may use the following go to items, such as
- Grapes, berries, seeds or nuts, but only pistachio, at this time
The one below is the same as the one above, with the meat slices on the outside instead. The green stuff is guacamole, but skip if you do not like guacamole and use a hummus spread instead (see the wrap manual below)
Don't forget, during SOS, you may use Roast beef slices, to ensure that your WRAP is a HIGH-DENSITY meal, however, I am not advocating beef per se. We are just trying to ensure that you get your required # of meals in and follow clean PALEO eating
Ham roll-ups will also work to boost protein density

**WHAT VITAMIN/MINERAL DRINK ?
Speak to your coach and she will set up your free, lifetime ordering website. You must, however, use liquid vitamins and ensure that you are NOT simply drinking bottles of syrup. Yes, I know there are other liquid vitamins on the market and they are mostly sweet syrup. I am a prior retail health food store owner and know them all
