KEOTONGENIC or PALEO for RAPID WEIGHT LOSS: Which one works?

Hey Everyone


There is so much chatter on social media lately about the KETOGENIC diet,  ketones and fat burning. Thus, with the start of the New Year,  I thought it would be a good time to take a minute to clarify and highlight what works best. This information is based on the more than 15,000 team members who have participated in the Serenity program since 1992.

Very simply:

  • Team members release weight more agrressivley during the first 30 lbs. by following a pure  PALEO lifetysle. Watch watered down versions of PALEO eating promoted in social media.



KETONES are produced when one is burning FAT, instead of glucose for energy. However, the weight release stages are:

1). Waste matter
2). Stale water/uric acid
3). Glucose reserves (in the blood and Liver)
4). Ketones, from the body now burning your fat reserves

Remember, pure PALEO works best for the first 30 days of program participation or the first 30 lbs. You want your body to burn off the waste matter and glucose first. If ketogenic aids are added too soon, one will gain weight, get sick or simply see nothing at all.

WHAT ABOUT INTERMITTENT FASTING??? ..nope....too many people have undiagnosed diabetes and so why play around with that? In fact, anyone who is carrying more pounds than they should is "insulin resistant", at best. 
 I recommend this instead: In each glass of fresh veggie juice add 1/2 teaspoon or scoop of TANGY TANGERINE multiple vitamin and a capful of Herbal Rainforest or Strawberry Kiwi Plant-derived minerals. Add a little extra water to the glass of juice to remove some of the tartness.

Finally, ketogenic adds should be non-dairy, otherwise  we need to also be  being mindful of the position of these renowned experts who state that mucus accumulation is a root cause of inflammation. Further,  inflammation is the root of ALL diseases today. We use item #5 to detox the body of mucus and parasites
