These waters help with detoxification, energy and hydration. Place as much fruit in jar as desired. Allow the water to sit for at least 60 minutes before drinking. Please note that you should add the fruit to hot water, as if you were making a cup of tea, then drink the cooled down version, which is the "infused water".
