*It is always tempting to replace breakfast, because that is when you are rushing and tired. However, it is also when your body can handle the most calories, so please reserve your juice meals for later in the day, when
energy requirements slow
REPLACE:
3 pm and the 9 p.m (ish). meals
then resume the meal plan recommended by your coach

Note: If you are traveling, then you should use this program to help you maintain your eating schedule, for whatever meals necessary, even if more than 2 meals. It is much better than cheating or meal skipping

SPECIAL NOTE:
Have you noticed weight gain after you started juicing and adding Pom-Zing for example?
You are probably consuming too many calories,
in proportion to your activity level. Dial it back and use the juice as your vegetable substitute WITH the protein,
instead of in-between meals
Although eating 5-6 mini meals per day,
it is still important to provide your digestive tract needed breaks.
Juice man Jr. is also a good choice
BLENDERS do NOT WORK
for juicing,
so just use TANGY alone, mixed in plain water, stir or shake
Nutri-bullet is a good choice
Remember-although frequently done, the enzymes and trace amounts of protein in veggies, do not combine with the natural fruit sugar. It is done because most of us really do not like the taste of veggies.
Instead, use your Tangy Tangerine for a power-packed mineral and vitamin drink, that is easily digested, and replaces the sweetener from the fruit.
