FALL started off great:
  • We launched Phase I of the FALL Equinox Detox as a team 
  • The NYC Wellness Summit went off without a hitch. A Paleo Buffet, Youngevity samples and a fitness class rounded off the event. We will  hold the NYC event annually and plans for 2015 have already started. Additionally, this event will expand to other cities, including North Carolina.

You have time to reenroll if needed and purchase the items you need to progress to PHASE II of the FALL DETOX.  Continue your CURRENT INSTRUCTONS;  make no changes to the fiber and continue  WHITE SHEET eating until the MEGA BOOT CAMP,  shown below. To help you budget, items are listed in priority order.
