You can thank Michelle of Brooklyn who recently asked me about doing Youngevity as a business.

Let me state at the outset that I apologize for not doing a better job of promoting this aspect of your SERENITY program. However, I have been self employed continously for 22 years and I am no dummy! It is an excellent way to establish an extra revenue stream, but, you must know it, to grow it.

MISSION:

Our niche (Team Serenity) within Youngevity is church-based initiatives; we are recognized for our work and are frequent guest speakers on obesity in the church.

BACKGROUND:

Team Serenity started in 2012, and consists of over 300 individuals, who have aligned with Dr. Joel Wallach's message of self-health care, via liquid nutritional supplementation. We follow a wellness model for drug~free, knife~free (scalpel) and fat-free living.

Our team meets every Monday via teleconference @ 530 881 1400 Access code 591 178# where we share weight loss and healing testimonies. We also teach our team members to ask questions of their MD's and we have been known to conduct labs where we learn how to interpret our CBC lab reports.

The team's rapid growth can be attributed to a philosophy of faith, family and finances, in that order. While we love network marketing, we believe hard selling must give way to hard GIVING and the money will follow. Our team consists of nannies, lawyers, dentists and preachers and non-profit organization professionals.

Obviously, Serenity is unique in that I serve as the team leader and I am also a health and wellness professional. In fact, Serenity has been in business longer than Youngevity, starting in 1992 and Youngevity in 1997. However, it is obvious that Youngevity offers it's own, very excellent system.

METHODS:

HARD SELL

Use the Traditional YOUNGEVITY network marketing model. If you choose this route, I recommend that you promote the CEO MEGA paks @ $499.99 or the HEALTHY BODY CHALLENGE http://youtu.be/An3nG5MiuLk. It is a great buy, and we use nearly all of the products in THE SERENITY CHALLENGE anyway. The kits also provide a ready supply of samples to share. But, remember, THE SERENITY CHALLENGE is NOT required; obviously other teams in Youngevity do not have this grant based program to rely on and they do exceptionally well.

Hardsell merely means you are primarily recruiting REPS

SOFT-SELL APPROACH:

Rely primarily on THE SERENITY CHALLENGE - a virtual, grant-funded wellness program and our church-based mission. That grant was approved October, 2013.

1. Since it is required by our grantor that all referrals to THE SERENITY CHALLENGE enroll as an Independent Marketing Director ($10.00 1x fee) enrollees automatically get EXPOSED to Youngevity. It is true that enrolless may feel that they are bombarded with emails from Youngevity; that's ok..... they can always opt out of the emails if desired. However, The SERENITY CHALLENGE incorporates a core group of Youngevity products in the program so the emails from Youngevity may be more helpful than you may first realize.
