Serenity's Fall Detox Program - The PALEO STARTER KIT!

You are  excited to start your program and you should be. Our track record is strong and you have finally committed to a clean eating lifestyle instead of just another diet.

However, many of you will soon realize that you drifted  so far from a natural lifestyle, that you have no idea where to begin. Suddenly, walking into the supermarket will feel strange. First rule: always shop the PERIMETER of the store. Yes, even your grocer knows where to keep the healthy food. It almost seems like a conspiracy, doesn't it? In other words, the more you start going up and down the center aisles, the more man-made food. An exception to this guideline  includes spices, nearly all of which are permitted. Caution about condiments: salad dressings, wet mustard (use dry and make your own) mayo and ketchup.
