GOD and MUD

~“I thought we were talking about

CLAY and MUD, then I realized God pulled a fast one again”~

I hope it is OK with you if I share a couple of scriptures. TESTIMONIES are NOT about putting one's business in the street. Luke 9:26 and Mark 8:38  says:  "If anyone is ashamed of me and my message in these adulterous and sinful days, the Son of Man will be ashamed of that person when he returns in the glory of his Father ...." Likewise, testimonies give meaning to my life work. Just like GOD is behind your life, there is a person behind this program (Serenity Weight Loss and Detoxification Program©. It therefore pains me when I have to convince anyone to publically share what the program has done for them. Thus, I must publically express my gratitude to Mickyj Johnson, Raleigh, NC (Michelle) and Alana Thomas Lamar, Freeport, NY, for sharing their stories and bringing me joy. 

It was February 9, 2015. It was our weekly team call, affectionately referred to as “MIND FOOD” meetings. I made the presentation and we began talking about HEALING CLAYS, specifically bentonite. We laughed and giggled about taking a break from talks about pooping and turning a detox strategy into a Pre~Valentine’s Day love fest........smearing ourselves and our spouse with mud was the hinted suggestion! Romantic MUD BATHS. What fun. Then I got it. God had just pulled a fast one again!

To recap, the first testimony was Michelle, from North Carolina. She shared results of an awesome doctor's appointment she had earlier that day.  First,  her doctor was shocked at her weight loss, which was 33 lbs, since the last visit. Next, she was taken off blood pressure medication. Michelle also shared that she previously chewed TUMS every night like candy, to alleviate severe acid reflux. To date, Michelle reports releasing a total of 33 lbs, after officially beginning Serenity on December 17, 2014. I also have documented that Michelle released 15 lbs between December 17 and December 31, 2014 which was phenomenal. Michelle also participated in SERENITY's SPIRITUAL FAST and especially  loves the Level I DETOX tonics. It makes her poop more, but comfortably.  Alana was our second testimony. She holds a  unique place in my heart, having first started the Serenity Weight Loss and Detoxification Program© at our walk in facility in Hempstead, New York. We started Serenity at this location in 1992 and Alana recalls participating in class in 1994 or 1995.  I have not yet located her original card, which is literally warehoused in a U~Haul container, where the other 12,000 + intake cards are stored. On the call, Alana openly shared  that she returned  in March 24, 2014 and officially completed the program in November, 2014,  after releasing 36 lbs. This placed Alana BELOW her original stated goal of 165. Alana, who is 5’9”, returned for a 30 day tweaking on January 30, 2015. Her starting weight was 160, still below her goal weight, which she had maintained on her own thru the 2014 holiday season.  Upon her return, she began with SERENITY's SPIRITUAL FAST, which she has followed faithfully. By the way, for those hearing about our FAST for the first time, we eat ya'll, just very clean and PALEO and healthy. As of February 7, 2014 Alana’s weight was 154.8. 

Two awesome stories, from two, beautiful, but very different ladies. Alana is the more methodical and Michelle is the free-spirit, who will wing it. Both are getting the job done.

Lesson learned from  a simple weekly team call:

We can all enjoy life, giving God the Glory or we can flop in the

MUD of CONFUSION, and stay full of impurities and toxins. Our choice!
